Notegram allows you to write a quick personal note whenever it’s convenient for you. Whether you are conveying a new business opportunity or expressing a personal thought, just jot a quick note using our special Notegram pen and paper.
Tip: Keep your Notegram pen and a pad in your briefcase, and you can write notes while at work, at home, in your car, or while traveling.
The Notegram pen remembers everything you write*. This allows you to capture a personal thought in just a few seconds - and then forget about it. You can even throw away the paper note after you're done writing on it! Later when you dock the pen at your computer, the system uploads all your recently written notes. You just select a recipient for each note from your contact list and our delivery service takes care of the rest.
*NOTE: Some of our customers call it the 'magic pen', but it's really just a slick gadget (even though we must admit we're still kinda impressed with it ourselves).
Don’t put off writing a note until you want to send it. You’ll either forget to do it or spend more time creating a reminder than it would take to write the note in the first place! The moment you think of a note to send to someone, simply write it down – Notegram will later ask you when to send it. On the day it is sent, Notegram will send an email reminding you that the contact will be receiving your note.
Tip: Use this feature to write several personal notes for a client after closing a transaction, and schedule each of them for individual delivery in the coming months.
Notegram is all about personalization. You make Notegram a professional extension of yourself and your company by customizing it with your photo, contact information, and company logo. The system also allows you to incorporate text messages that can communicate your company values, highlight a special offering, promote an event, or request referrals.
Tip: Customize Notegram’s text messages to carry your marketing message – even pointing recipients to web pages – which frees you to be entirely personal with the handwritten note itself.
Notegrams can be delivered in either electronic or mailed formats, giving you two convenient options depending upon your needs. Electronic versions are delivered via email – as well as to your personal Notegram webpage provided with your subscription. Mailed Notegrams are printed with your personalized settings and handwriting on high quality materials - we print them on a daily schedule, apply postage, and drop them in the mail.
Although individual notes sent to one recipient are the most personal, you can now send a single handwritten thought, announcement, or offer to more than one person at a time. The Notegram service will deliver individual emails or printed Notegrams to any group from your contact list.
If you find yourself writing the same handwritten message over and over again, save it in Notegram and send it to other recipients in the future with a click of your mouse.
Ever forget to follow up with a client, or have that nagging feeling that you are forgetting something important? Then take advantage of Notegram’s innovative Note to Self feature.
